The destruction of the Twin Towers was a tragedy at the very least. Thousands died and millions, if not billions, of people became terrified and sorrowful. Many realized just what they were getting out of life and chose to strive for more, and others realized that this world is just a cruel ploy to strip you of your happiness and in its place leave a burned pit of  resentment.
From the World Trade Center catastrophe, something did come out of it.
America grew as a nation. Thousands to millions united together to restore us to our former glory.
As a country, America grew stronger, but we will not forget what happened that day.

These days, being weird is what is considered popular. People strive to stick out of the crowd, not be your average, everyday person, because that is how you get noticed. But then, if everybody tries to be weird, doesn't that make weird the new normal? Only true people can pull off weird. Only inspirational people, with new ideas, new beliefs, new dreams..... Only they can make being weird less normal, less trendy. That's the good kind of weird. That's the kind of weird that would make me come up to you, say "Hi", and try to be your new best friend.

Be weird.

Truly.
